Atwell Development, Inc. is constructing a new residence located on Sandstone Drive in Vail, Colorado. The Architect for the project is one of Vail¹s most exciting talents. The house is approximately 65 percent complete and is scheduled for Owner Occupancy in February of 2004.

This home was a fast track project due to the owner¹s request. Normally, custom homes of this scale can take 12-18 months due to the complexity of the design and level of finish and details. We can be flexible and make adjusts to allow owners to enjoy their new home.

This Spring we will complete a the landscaping and a few extra items but allow the client to enjoy their new home and take advantage of the 2004 ski season. Based on the long lasting relationships with the subcontractors we use, scheduling can be compressed or modified while maintaining a high level of finish and quality.
